Tri-Seven is a boutique-size office building, powered by sustainable energy and designed in harmony with the vibrant Roppongi neighborhood.

Completed in partnership with renowned contractor Takenaka and design firm A.N.D., it offers 500 tsubo floor plates with flexible layouts to accommodate a wide range of tenant needs. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings in abundant natural light to create the ideal working environment.

Green design and curated artworks further enhance the space, offering an elevated work experience.

Tri-Seven's underground parking lot offers full-day parking and drop-off spots, with the entrance to the building conveniently located just off Gaien Higashi Street.
